PEKiP Class - 不穿衣上的課

上星期五我和媽媽上了第一堂PEKiP Class (嬰兒都不穿衣及尿片的課)。因其他媽媽都不多拍照,媽媽也不好意思多拍,只拍了我的第一張背後全裸照。德國導師及其他德國媽媽對我的胎記感到很好奇(白人BB是沒有的)。其實我得胎記也着實大了一點,嬰兒書說通常有些胎記會消失或變小。希望是真的,不然怎樣穿低腰牛仔褲和比堅尼。

有機會的話,媽媽會多拍照post出。

PEKiP 在德國是很流行的,我也是第一次見到這麼多的小朋友 (4-15周歲), 我是班上最肥和最'老'的。八卦的我常看着其他金髮或沒髮們小朋友。至於媽媽就很高興可認識其他媽媽。

PEKiP Class --
One group is formed by 6-8 adults with infantsat the age of 4 to 6 weeks; this group remains together the whole year round. The meetings take place once a week and last 90 minutes. The group meets in an agreeably heated room with mattresses on the floor. The children are laid on them. This fact makes it possible for the parents to put themselves in the place of the child and observe it. It is so warm in the room so that the children could be undressed; naked children move more, freely and more intensively, they have more possibilities for physical contact and they are more satisfied. The PEKiP leader prepares toys and other objects for playing with a view to the child`s developmental level and the adults` needs

將遊艇當作媽媽

最近的一則新聞....
早前在澳洲悉尼北部水域與母親失散的小座頭鯨科林，獸醫認為牠已太虛弱，身體受傷及受感染，沒法獨自生存，昨日將牠人道毀滅。

　這條4.5米長的幼鯨上周日與母鯨失散，誤將一隻遊艇當作母鯨圖吃奶。經過一星期的糾纏，獸醫昨日在水中將牠麻醉，然後拖到岸邊帳篷內注射毒藥毀滅，屍體由悉尼一間動物園檢驗。

媽媽看完這篇新聞,每當Alyssa吃人奶時便想起這可憐的小鯨魚,可以想像小鯨魚在茫茫大海,沒有媽媽,是多麼的無依。籍着吸吮遊艇而獲得僅有的一點慰藉。想起若Alyssa沒有了媽媽會是多可燐,便差點哭起來。

萊茵河畔

上週末天氣不算很好，但我們還是去了Dusseldorf 的萊茵河畔散步和拍照。萊茵河的源頭是在瑞士與德國邊界的 Lake Constance, 她流經德國及荷蘭再流出海洋。常可看到很多運貨及觀光船。

For those 3 dots, they appeared three days back, Mami and Papi were quite worry at first, but after asking some experienced parents, the possible answer is allergy or mosquito bite :-). They are getting paler now.

手部運動健將

每次吃飽後,我都會玩這Baby Gym 玩具。暫時還是局限在手部，但單看我肥美的腿, 爸媽都覺得我會跑得快、跳得遠。

Crying nursing time

For one week already, I cried very often during nursing. I did that before too.. but usually I pulled off from Mami's nipple, cried 2-4 seconds and I would latch on again and drank for another 2-3 minutes. But since one week, I did the opposite, drank only a few seconds and cried for a few minutes... my nursing time could easily go over an hour!

Mami thinks it is her overactive letdown again (milk spraying/ejecting too fast). We have tried a special position (Mami was semi-inclined and my mouth is higher than her nipple) to see if it helps.... unfortunately... not really.... hope the situation will improve soon.

If it does not improve for another week, may be we will have to try solely bottle (with expressed milk or formula)... tough.

But one good news after the bad news, I slept for 6hrs 45 mins straight last night. This is the latest longest record :-)

第一次被錄影到的微笑

話笑我兩三星期前已開始向人微笑(討好米飯班主,即爸爸及媽媽)。但當媽媽一拿出相機,我便會收起笑容眼定定地看着相機。上個週末,爸爸終於幫忙拍下我第–個被錄影到的微笑。

Electric Swing

These days, I am more and more demanding for Mami and Papi's attention and cradling/hugging. Most of the time Mami can barely finish her work on hand (e.g. cooking). And during their dinner, one of them have to pay attention to me.

Mami and Papi bought me a electric swing, it is a worthy purchase. Now Mami can finish her cooking in one hour and what's wonderful is Papi and Mami can sit down, relax and chat over dinner knowing that I will be entertained and then fall asleep on this magic swing :D. Another wonderful invention.


At the top of the swing (looking from my angle), you can see a special-shaped mirror. I can see myself and I can also see things in the surrounding (e.g. you can see Mami laying on the floor and taking photos of us now).

冬暖夏涼的羊毛

原來德國Dusseldorf的夏天比瑞士的夏天更潮濕 (温度就差不多)。爸媽都覺得這裡夏天很熱。他們買了來歐洲之後的第一把電風扇。
如果我們在香港，媽媽一定幫我添置清涼草蓆。聽德國人說羊毛皮冬暖夏涼，在嬰兒用品店都可買到，媽媽便給我試一試，效果也不俗。

Usual Saturday night off + Unusual Spanish dinner

Today is Saturday, Mami has her usual 'night off'. Papi is taking care of me tonight and Mami will sleep again for as long as she like!

What is unusual this Saturday is that Papi and Mami have Spanish dinner at home (with Jamon, Chorizo and Rioja - Yum !!). Mami has not drucken wine for a long time and this is her favourite Rioja. She is so happy. Thanks Papi for the great idea.

(Hm... just that one of my meal need to be pumped out and discarded -- due to the alcohol in it).

我打了兩月大的預防針後，發燒至101.5度。媽媽給了我退燒藥 (ops... 是要放進pat pat 的)，但頭部的温度還是頗高的。媽媽便用濕毛巾幫我降降温，頗舒服的。 你看我像不像一個肥版小修女。
