First kiss to a boy

This is Alyssa and her little friend Shuma. Other than those imaginary friend (or dolls), Elmo, Ernie, Toto, Arno, Jacob. The very first friend's name Alyssa could say is Shuma. He lives in the same apartment complex and from time to time Mami and Alyssa could meet him, his sister Riko and his mami in the children's playground in the apartment complex.

Today, Alyssa hugged Shuma goodbye after Mami told her to do so. Afterwards, she gave him a kiss on the cheek (Mami didn't request for this one though) :-)

So very cute !!!! So Alyssa's first kiss to a boy has been given out.

Happy 2nd birthday

Over the weekend, invited some friends plus kids over for a small birthday party. Mami prepared some visor and other art material for making Elmo and Cookie monster visor (hee.... mainly the parents were doing the craft... sorry :-P)

Apple 酸酸地

Alyssa said Apple 酸酸地, 香蕉酸酸地。 She could say 黑麻麻 too, so funny when she used it. At the beginning, Mami was not sure if she wanted to say very dark in Cantonese or if she wanted to say Mami is black in color. Actually, it is the first meaning that she wanted to communicate :-)

Music together lesson

Alyssa started to sing songs (no words but only melody). Songs includes 'Elmo's song', 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars'. Therefore Mami signed her up for music class recently. Parents have to participate a lot in these classes (i.e. they sing and dance a lot :-)).

4-piece puzzle

Alyssa can finish a 4-piece puzzle (not so quickly though). Still using the 'trial and error' approach :-)

After she finished a puzzle, she would stand up and pointed to the 'accomplishment' and said 'Alyssa'. Very proud of herself and wanted to tell you that it was done by ALYSSA.

Little climber

This play structure is for older kids, but Alyssa could climb it. Looks quite dangerous. That's why part of the movie was not capturing Alyssa as Mami was too focus to provide a safety hand/net underneath Alyssa (in case she fall.... it is really high...)
